Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Ticket Exchange Deadlines & Policy

Jersey Boys: Submit online form below by 12/29/23 @ 11am
Morning After Grace: Submit online form below by 1/28/24 @ 2pm
Kinky Boots: Submit online form below by 2/18/24 @ 2pm
Yankee Tavern: Submit online form below by 3/17/24 @ 2pm
On Your Feet: Submit online form below by 4/7/24 @ 2pm

PERFORMANCE DAY EXCHANGES (excludes Comedy Zone and Distinguished Lecture Series)

  • Must be made at least 48 hours prior to a Show’s Opening Night.

  • Once a Show opens, there will be NO Exchanges allowed for that Show. 

  • Exchanges are only allowed for a New Date of the Same Show

  • NO Exchanges can be made over the Phone. 

  • NO Exchanges can be made at Showtime.  

To Exchange Ticket(s): Fill out the online Ticket Exchange Form below. Best available seating will be selected for you, and a confirming Email will be sent.  If no credit card is on file, the Box Office will call you.  Please be ready with your credit card to pay the Exchange Fees and any Seating Upgrade costs:

  • Single Tickets: $10.00 per Ticket. Applicable upgrade fees apply.

  • 4-Show Main Stage Subscribers: 2 Free Ticket Exchanges for one show. Additional Exchanges: $10 per Ticket. Applicable upgrade fees apply.

  • $500 and above Members and Patron Producers: Unlimited Free Exchanges.

Tickets will be held at Will Call. They cannot be mailed.

Ticket holders can request a Tax Credit at least 48 hours prior to the opening performance if you cannot attend a performance.
