Raffle Proceeds Benefit Riverside Theatre’s General Operating Fund

RAFFLE RULES & REGULATIONS
Suggested contribution: 1 ticket - $100; 3 tickets - $250; 5 tickets - $400 paid by US Currency, and must be purchased by approximately 1:30 pm EDT on November 12, 2026. The raffle drawing will take place on Thursday, November 132, 2026 before the conclusion of the event. All contributions are final. No refunds. Only ticket holders with validly tickets are eligible to participate in the raffle. Only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket sold. Riverside Theatre, Inc. will record the name and contact information of that person as the holder of record of that particular ticket. Prizes will be awarded only to the holder of record of a winning ticket. Winner need not be present to win.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid email address or phone number, a drivers' license or State issued ID card, and be a resident of the United States to purchase tickets or win the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Please see published photo of raffle prize. Winner of the raffle shall be subject to verification of compliance with these rules and regulations. The winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this raffle. Winner assume and are solely responsible for payment of all local, state, and federal taxes. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions for cash or other prizes are permitted by winners. Prizes must be claimed within three months of the actual draw date. If the prize is not claimed, it will be re-entered into a future draw.

By purchasing a raffle ticket paid by US Currency, you accept and agree to be bound to these Rules and Restrictions and the decisions of Riverside Theatre, Inc., which shall be final; and you further agree that your name and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by Riverside Theatre, Inc. for publicity purposes in print or on the internet. The names of the winners may be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
