Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Ticket Sales Information & Theatre Policies

Tickets for Riverside Theatre Productions can only be purchased by calling Riverside Theatre's Box Office, visiting the Window, or the RiversideTheatre.com Website. Do not purchase Riverside Theatre show tickets from any other entity. Photo ID required to pick-up or exchange tickets for your own protection

Regular Box Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 10am-5pm
Show Day Box Office Hours:
Tuesday-Friday: 10am-Showtime
Saturday-Sunday: 12pm-Showtime

All ticket sales purchased online and at the box office are subject to a transaction fee.

All prices and shows subject to change.

Group Discounts: For Stark Stage and Waxlax Second Stage productions, discounts are available for groups of 20 or more when purchased together in one transaction. Call the Box Office for details.

Children/Student Discount Tickets and Policy: Ages 17 and under are Half Price. Children under 5 are not permitted into Professional Theatre productions on the Stark and Waxlax stages. Please contact the box office to find out if a production's content is age appropriate for your child prior to purchasing a ticket. 

Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the theatre.


Accessibility

Riverside Theatre is committed to providing an equal access entertainment experience for all its Patrons. An Elevator is available for patrons for accessing the new second floor.

Wheelchair Policy:

Tickets are available for Patrons in wheelchairs. As a courtesy, Patrons in wheelchairs may purchase one additional ticket for his or her companion. Wheelchair and companion seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the theatre Box Office only. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.

If a Patron finds that they need a wheelchair after purchasing a regular theatre seat, they must call the Box Office to be re-assigned a designated wheelchair space and companion seat. If the designated wheelchair space is already in use for the date the original tickets were purchased, the Box Office will exchange the Patron’s ticket for the next available date of performance, or to a date satisfactory to the Patron, at no additional charge.

Wheelchair Accessible Restrooms:

Restroom facilities are located in the central lobby on both the ground level and second floor. All restrooms are fully accessible to Patrons in wheelchairs. Two private restrooms located in the lobby and on the second floor are available for Patrons who require assistance. The elevator is centrally located in the lobby.

Sound Enhancement:

Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the Guest Services counter, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

PERFORMANCE DAY EXCHANGES

Single Tickets: $10 fee per ticket, 2 hours prior to curtain time.
Subscribers: 2 Free Exchanges. Additional: $10 fee per ticket, 2 hours prior to curtain time.
Members: 2 Free Exchanges. Additional: $10 fee per ticket, 2 hours prior to curtain time. Members with annual donation of $1000 and above receive unlimited exchanges.

SEAT / SECTION EXCHANGES

Single Tickets: $10 fee per ticket. Seat upgrade fees apply. No refunds for downgrades.
Subscribers: 2 Free Exchanges, $10 fee per ticket. Seat upgrade fees apply. No refunds for downgrades.
Members: No Charge. Seat upgrade fees apply. No refunds for downgrades.

MISSED PERFORMANCE / REPLACEMENT TICKETS

Must present unused tickets to be verified by staff. 
A performance is considered missed if exchanged later than 2 hours prior to curtain time.

Single Tickets: Call the morning of replacement performance. No charge for upper balcony seating. 50% discount for other available seating. Subject to available performances and available seats.
Subscribers: Call the morning of replacement performance. No charge for same section seating. Upgrade fees apply. Subject to available performances and available seats.
Members: Call the morning of replacement performance. No charge for same section seating. Upgrade fees apply. Members with annual donation of $1000 and above may call anytime. Upgrade fees apply. Subject to available performances and available seats.


 

CHILDREN'S THEATRE

Children over the age of 1 will need a ticket. And out of respect for all ticket buyers and our guests, anyone causing a disturbance during the performance will be asked to leave the theatre.
