Riverside Theatre is committed to providing an equal access entertainment experience for all its Patrons.
Tickets are available for Patrons in wheelchairs. As a courtesy, Patrons in wheelchairs may purchase one additional ticket for his or her companion. Wheelchair and companion seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the theatre Box Office only. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
If a Patron finds that they need a wheelchair after purchasing a regular theatre seat, they must call the Box Office to be re-assigned a designated wheelchair space and companion seat. If the designated wheelchair space is already in use for the date the original tickets were purchased, the Box Office will exchange the Patron’s ticket for the next available date of performance, or to a date satisfactory to the Patron, at no additional charge.
Wheelchair Accessible Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are located in the central lobby on both the ground level and second floor. All restrooms are fully accessible to Patrons in wheelchairs. Two private restrooms located in the lobby and on the second floor are available for Patrons who require assistance. The elevator is centrally located in the lobby.
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the Guest Services counter, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
